It should come as no surprise to those who have a healthy suspicious attitude, that a leaked SSA intelligence report concluded that there is a “high probability” that ANC donor and MP Xiaomei Havard, shared classified information about South Africa with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
ANC MP Xiaomei Havard “Most Likely” a Chinese Spy for CCP, but Will Anything be Done or is CCP Influence too Strong?

Are the nails in the coffin for controversial Public Protector?
The controversial Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, appears to have counted the days when considering the reaction of certain members of parliament after the matter of her eligibility as OB was tabled.
The National Assembly’s speaker, Thandi Modise, approved that Parliament follow the procedures that could lead to the OB’s dismissal.
Busisiwe Mkhwebane is probably the most important reason why the parliament in 2019 laid down rules to be followed when removing the OB from office.
The process is apparently underway, and opposition parties, excluding the Red Brigade, are expected to strongly demand that she be removed from her post, especially in light of the numerous court cases she lost due to incorrect information being investigated reports were recorded.

SA Lipton Tea Plantation Seized Then Destroyed by Incompetent Blacks – This is not the first such “land restitution” program to have collapsed under the ANC’s rule; more is yet to come
The decision of the ANC government to continue to amend legislation on section 25 of the Constitution – which deals with expropriation without compensation – is short-sighted.
According to Vryburger, a motion on the ad hoc committee to review and implement the amendments to the legislation has been approved by the National Assembly today. The committee will continue where the fifth parliament ceased in December 2018, and should report back to the National Assembly by the end of March 2020.
Mr. Louis Meintjes, the president of TAU SA, says: “Expropriation without compensation will not produce any good results,” says. “Research shows that most applicants do not have the knowledge or ability to sustainable manage land that is now profitable for the rural and national economy, and rather prefer to be financially compensated than to be saddled with land. He argues that the past has already proved that most of the land previousl

Ramaphosa: BBBEE will not be scrapped – too many black people have benefited from this policy for it to be scrapped
President Cyril Ramaphosa says Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) will not be scrapped.
He was replying to a call by Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Maimane to stop BBBEE during Thursday’s debate of the Presidency’s budget vote in the National Assembly.
Ramaphosa says while redress is slow, too many black people have benefited from this policy for it to be scrapped.
He says, “Honorable Maimane we are not going to scrap BBBEE, it has contributed to significant growth of black middle class, to improvement in equity and enabled black people and women to become owners of businesses.”
The fundamental objective of BBBEE is to advance economic transformation and enhance the economic participation of black people in the economy.

“Zuma still controls the ANC” – Natasha Mazzone blitzes Ramaphosa – Good luck coming back from Mazzone’s speech!
It’s arguable that the best thing about Cyril Ramaphosa’s SONA speech is the debate that followed it: He’s been blasted for using Thursday’s address to “fantasise”, while many South Africans face a harsh reality. However, politicians across the house have united to try and stir the president from his dreams – including Natasha Mazzone. The..

Flurry of ANC MP resignations spurred on by substantial pension benefits – It’s a case of ‘getting out while the going is still good’
The ruling African National Congress (ANC) has been hit with a flurry of parliamentary resignations, with nine members officially exiting the National Assembly.
In the wake of a particularly grim electoral showing, President Cyril Ramaphosa has been left to confront an arduous task – that of reunifying the deeply divided ANC, while producing positive results on his pre-election promises.
Nine ANC MP’s call it a day
The factional battle raging fiercely within the belly of the ANC is, according to analysts, the greatest threat to Ramaphosa’s political aspirations. Indeed, the insecure power balance – hung on the scales of unshakable loyalty – has already proven especially detrimental to Ramaohosa’s campaign of renewal.
While the recent flurry of resignations may, at first glance, signal a sincere attempt at cleaning house – with some persuasion from the ANC’s Integrity Committee – the truth of the exodus may be far simpler.

Another ANC MP bites the dust: Tokozile Xasa is the fifth to want out of the National Assembly, resigns from Parliament
Former Minister of Sport and Recreation, Tokozile Xasa, has officially become the fifth member of the ANC to tender her resignation from Parliament in the past two weeks.
Why is Tokozile Xasa resigning?
As reported by The Citizen, the party revealed that it had acknowledged Xasa’s intention to remove herself from her Parliamentary seat. Although, a reason for her departure has yet to be furnished.
ANC chief whip, Pemmy Majodina, confirmed that the former minister will be officially replaced on Monday, when the other spare comrades are sworn in to take up the positions of the four other MPs who have recently left the National Assembly.
“Comrade Xasa’s resignation is effective from today. Comrade Xasa will be replaced by comrade Judy Hermans on the national-to-national list, while comrade Makhosini Nkosi was replaced by comrade Lindiwe Mjobo on the provice-to-province list of KawZulu-Natal. Comrade Hermans will therefore still be sworn
