278 pieces of state land identified for redistribution in the Western Cape – more land that would become useless when distributed among incompetent people
The ANC’s deputy president, David Mabuza, says the government has already identified 278 pieces of state land in the Western Cape that could be used for redistribution.
Mabuza was the speaker at an event in the Western Cape and used the opportunity to praise the province’s Prime Minister, Alan Winde, saying “he is a very good man”.
Asked about economic prospects, Mabuza said the government is working to implement the National Development Plan, but economists say nothing has come of it and is a stillborn plan.
It is suspected that the hundreds of pieces of land will also be useless when it is distributed to untrained people.

Malfunctioning ANC regime is pushing agriculture across an economic abyss and is calling for the destruction of SA’s food security
The TAU is of the opinion that the malfunctioning ANC government is actively pushing the agricultural sector across an economic abyss and is calling for the accelerating rate of destruction of South Africa’s food security.
This according to Mr. Johan Steyn, Chairman: TAU SA Eastern Cape, following the revelation that the government could not convince the World Animal Health Organization (EIA) to declare South Africa as foot-and-mouth free.
“According to our information, the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Land Reform was supposed to make two submissions to the EIA,” he says. “The purpose of this was to restore our country’s foot-and-mouth disease status. At the first submission, Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute (OVI) did not want to release the serological results because the OVI department owes money. With the second submission that was due to take place, Onderstepoort was unable to analyze because no sampl

South-Africa: Since apartheid was abolished, 1,000,000 people have been raped, 500,000 killed
According to the Institute of Racial Relations (IRV), crime statistics look like a low-intensity civil war and SA is still losing the fight against crime.
The people of the country are living under an impending cloud of anarchy every day. The Institute shows that murders have risen to 21,000 over the past year and SA is being compared to a country like Syria. The rape figure looks even worse with two rapes for each murder committed. Since apartheid was abolished, 1,000,000 people have been raped and 500,000 killed.
Commercial crime increased by 14%. More than 83,000 cases have been reported to the police. The offenses include fraud, corruption, money laundering, forgery and cyber crimes. Robberies have exceeded the 140,000 notch while truck hijackings show more than 1,180 reported cases.
South Africa’s murder rate has increased by 5,8 percent compared with the previous year.

Experts strike back at Zulu king after he tried to stick his nose into state affairs
Experts from the South African constitution say it is striking, but unsolicited, that the Zulu king Goodwill seeks to exert influence on matters of the state.
Zwelithini was apparently disgusted because he was not even approached before the Minister of Police would talk to hostel residents’ leaders.
It is clear that Goodwill is attempting a power play, but it is also clear to experts that he has no idea of the Constitution’s provisions.
There is no reason for the minister to get “approval” from the Zulu king before he wants to talk to hostel leaders about the xenophobic cases.
A meeting with hostel leaders from Jeppestown and surrounding areas from where many attacks were made on strangers was planned to take place over the weekend and is the main center where 12 people were killed.
However, Zwelithini’s bossy attitude made him look ridiculous and ignorant, a political expert and Constitution expert la

Pay back the money Zuma! – Nkandla in VBS liquidators’ vision – cough up R7m or lose Nkandla
The ANC’s Jacob Zuma is in a big financial crisis with his multi-million Rand loan he received from bankrupt VBS Mutual Bank and now has to pay back the money.
Along with that, there are the million Rand court costs to be paid while more court cases are being filed in an effort to be cleared of the debt.
The amount of more than R7 million borrowed from VBS can be claimed any day, and then Nkandla can be compromised.
Although the Nkandla complex was but controversially erected with the largest share of the cost financed from the state coffers, it is doubted how much the real value of the property is being erected in a strange rural area.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Zuma is also still a full year in arrears with the payment of his loan.
According to News24, VBS Mutual Bank’s liquidator, Anoosh Rooplal, has filed an application with the Pietermaritzburg High Court for an order that will force Zuma to pay, or an or

Bankrupt ANC regime is considering setting up new railway network between Central Transvaal and Durban, and expanding it with a new highway to Cape Town
The economic gloom in which South Africa finds itself requires new thinking and new initiatives that could lead to a new era of prosperity, but then the ANC president and his government must work together.
Economic experts suggest that the neglected roads of the country be rebuilt and then covered with waste that only pollutes the world, to extend the life of the road surface by at least 25 years.
The government should set up a new rail network between the Central Transvaal and Durban, and expand it with a new highway to Cape Town, with which high-speed trains make transport work and thereby end the destruction of roads by large trucks.
With all the work that goes into it, not only will the country boost its economy but also create many new jobs, which must, however, be filled by competent, well-educated people.
The third project should be a completely new approach to setting up and managing hospitals on a First World standard by teams of

Former SABC boss Hlaudi Motsoeneng admits he tried to pass matric at age 23, but failed
Former SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng on Tuesday, 10 September 2019, took to the witness stand at the commission of inquiry into state capture to defiantly defend himself against accusations that he had lied about having a matric qualification.
“I have written matric … but …. I, I … didn’t pass that matric,” he admitted.
Motsoeneng is giving evidence relating to the public broadcaster and his time working for the SABC, which was steeped in controversy.
On Monday, former chair of the SABC board, Dr Ben Ngubane told the commission that Motsoeneng was appointed because of his people skills.
Ngubane told the commission that Motsoeneng was appointed though it was known he did not possess a matric certificate or a tertiary qualification.
Ngubane further denied at the commission that he had altered a job advertisement for the COO specifically to accommodate Motsoeneng.
On Tuesday, Motsoeneng told the chairperson of the comm

TAU SA reacts sharply on blacks’ incitement and racial hatred fueled towards white people in SA during xenophobic violence
According to Mr. Louis Meintjies, the president of TAU SA, is unclear about the exact motives of groups such as the BLF and EFF, but it is very clear that they proclaim racial hatred against white people and even go so far as to say that violence against white people is justifiable.
The leaders of the BLF and EFF, Andile Mngxitama and Julius Malema, and the Secretary-General of the ANC, Ace Magashule, are the frontrunners with their statements in which they encourage supporters to attack white South Africans rather than black foreigners.
Mngxitama threatens that one day “they” will turn against the whites and blame the white minority for “their” poverty. He says that looting and rioting are just the dress rehearsal for a civil war against whites, while Malema encourages his “African brothers and sisters” to focus their anger on the “owners of wealth – white, monopolistic capital”. Magashule denies t

Bankrupt Eskom pleads for another government bailout as debt climbs beyond R450bn
The power utility’s debt is reaching levels beyond R450 billion and Mabuza was in Parliament on Tuesday asking government for more money.
Eskom CEO and board chairperson Jabu Mabuza said the power utility’s debt levels have reached the ceiling.
Eskom’s debt is reaching levels beyond R450 billion and Mabuza was in Parliament on Tuesday asking government for more money.
He said the power utility has not done enough to generate more revenue.
The acting CEO also admitted that Eskom was borrowing money to pay off its debt.
“Our revenue over the past 10 years, increasingly so over the last five years, has actually been flat to about 1% per year. On the other side, we’ve had a ballooning debt that we have not been able to collect which has totalled to R38 billion.”
Mabuza said the only function Eskom could control was its own expenses.
Finance Minister Tito Mboweni tabled a bill before the National Assembly i

Ramaphosa’s praises of dictator Mugabe is a slap in the face of millions of Zimbabwean residents who had to flee the country
ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa’s praise of Robert Mugabe has drawn sharp criticism from his own and liberal ranks.
Ramaphosa’s description of Mugabe as an “outstanding leader” in Africa, according to the media, is a slap in the face of millions of Zimbabwean residents who had to flee to SA because of Mugabe’s policies and human rights violations. Ramaphosa is now openly described as characterless and a chameleon who will say so today and tomorrow will change his position again just in favor of his listeners.
The views that show that things are going even worse with South Africa than Zuma was in power are accepted from several places, and there is the suspicion that he will not serve as president for long.

Prasa may lose 13 unused locomotives worth R2.6 billion due to dispute over ownership
The thirteen locomotives that are not suitable for driving on the South African rail network because the huge machines are too high will now become a dispute over whose property it is.
The 13 Afro-4000 locomotives are now in the balance and Prasa will have to fight to make them his property, informed sources said.
The extremely expensive locomotives generated prominence when it became known that they were too high to move on certain rail lines, for which they were purchased.
The amount of R2.6 billion is up for grabs and will probably have to decide in court who owns Prasa or Swifambo.
