Largest and busiest police station in Free State in dire condition – Once again proof that the current government cannot maintain the country’s infrastructure

The Park Road police station located in the Free State, Bloemfontein is by far the busiest and largest police station in the province. Unfortunately, the ANC regime allowed this building to operate without the necessary amenities, it was demolished halfway and had to operate without holding cells for more than a year.

Since the building is inoperative, approximately 50 detainees who have to appear in courts must be transported daily under police supervision to and from neighbouring detention cells situated in Bainsvlei, Bot-shabelo and Petrusburg.

Renovation work at the Park Road police station began in November 2017 after a R73 million contract was awarded to Soaring Summit Development, but according to Public Works Minister Patricia de Lille, the company failed to meet the timeframes and expectations. Their contract came to and end on August 2 this year.

ANC wants to speed up expropriation process during Christmas holiday season

The process to amend section 25 of the Constitution in order to fast-track expropriation without compensation suddenly gathered speed on Tuesday when a draft bill to amend the Constitution was tabled by the parliamentary legal services.

The Constitution Eighteenth Amendment Bill was tabled at a sitting of the ad hoc committee tasked with amending the Constitution.

This first bite at the wording of the constitutional amendment states that when the state and the land owner cannot agree on the price to be paid, a country may – where land and any improvements thereon are expropriated for the purposes of land reform – determine that the amount of compensation is nil.

Parliamentary legal services furthermore proposed inclusion of a section which requires national legislation to set out specific circumstances where a court may determine that the amount of compensation is nil.

ANC’s failed Medupi not only poorly erected, but also poses great dangers to man, animal and environment due to toxic gases released

The Madupi power plant approved by the ANC regime to be erected is not only an economic disaster, but also poses the danger of harming human lives.

The power plant is not only poorly erected but took years to be finalized and still cannot deliver its full capacity.

Madupi was constructed differently from the conventional power plants, and is described as the “new dry-cooled” coal power station.

When the power station is complete and at full capacity, it will be the world’s largest “dry-cooled” power station.

Economists and environmental experts have already warned that doing 2020 off the country’s biggest coal power plant could lead to serious financial as well as climate disasters still seen in SA.

Zuma in the last trench – application for appeal rejected

After the Pretoria High Court rejected former ANC President Jacob Zuma’s application for appeal with costs, he is now on his way to the Appeal Court.

It is Zuma’s last trench he uses to stay out of jail, and although it is a method of escaping his final trial, the debt burden on court costs is only increasing.

Experts point out that his chances of winning the Appeal Court are extremely slim, and that it will have far-reaching consequences for the man if he fails again.

Political analysts, however, believe that Zuma is playing his cards well, and that with the possibility of a failure in the Appeal Case, he has already incinerated himself by spending a week in hospital, to be “sick again” after the court’s ruling ” to become.

Madupi still not complete after 12 years – It is a wonder that they haven’t blamed old Jan yet!

Eskom says the Medupi power station’s Phase 2 stage is in operation, making it part of the power supply’s overall electricity output.

The announcement comes 12 years after the first donation was made to set up Medupi, but during that time, South Africa paid much more for the erection than initially budgeted.

In addition to building the power plant more than 200% more expensive, the cost of more than R150bn has shown that South Africa is not only irresponsible in managing its spending, but is also equally irresponsible in appointing those who had to do the erection.

Economists say the construction of Medupi and Kusile power plants eventually totaled R234 billion, but informed sources indicate that much more money is needed to bring the two power plants to full capacity.

Unclaimed pensions amount to R51 billion – wonder if the money hungry ANC regime will lay a claim on it?

Workers are often unaware that they have certain pension benefits that must be paid to them upon leaving work.

As a result, unclaimed amounts are already worth billions of Rand, which is estimated to be as much as R4 billion accumulated in two unions.

It seems that a total of more than R40 billion has been raised over the past two to three decades, and no one is helping service-leavers to say they should apply for their pension benefits.

The information was disclosed after an independent entity conducted research and found that no one informed workers about their rights in this regard.

If certain pensions are taken into account outside the Pension Funds Act, then the total accumulated amount is R51 billion that has not been claimed.

ANC-regime hunting Vicki Momberg because of her 2016 racial slur, while killers run free – 58 killings a day, not mentioning rapes and hijackings

So Vicki Momberg has become our number one criminal because she ducked and didn’t appear in court due to her case of crimen injuria of her 2016 racial slur.

Now she has an arrest warrant hanging over her head, after her non-appearance at the Randburg magistrate’s court, and the police say they “are desperate to locate her”.

According to the police, detectives are working around the clock and crime intelligence is on full alert and involved to establish her whereabouts.

If this were not so pathetic it would have been laughable.

We have 58 killings a day, not mentioning rapes and hijackings, and criminals are running loose left right and centre, while the Zondo commission has established who the other criminals are that looted billions out of this country and no action has been taken, but we have the whole police force on alert and going after this miserable woman.

State-owned bus company seeks R350 million bailout

The state-owned bus company Northwest Transport Investments, which transports more than a million people a day, is seeking a bailout of R350 million.

The transportation of hundreds of thousands of commuters mainly in the North West and Gauteng provinces and more than 1,600 jobs are at risk due to the financial distress of parastatal Northwest Transport Investments (NTI).

The 46-year-old company – which owns Northwest Star, the Star Line, and the Atteridgeville Bus Service – has applied to the North West government (its sole shareholder) for a bailout of more than R350 million, NTI chairman, Mojalefa Nale, confirmed to Business Insider SA. The company has outstanding debts of about equal to that amount.

In August, a high court judge placed the company into provisional liquidation, after an application from Driveshaft Baleka, which is a Pretoria-based company that rebuilds and manufacturers propeller shafts.

State’s salary bill milking state coffers dry, yet Jan Van Riebeeck and whites are regularly chosen as scapegoats for ANC regime failures

The state’s salary bill is consuming money that the country needs to keep going, with regular increases while unions are demanding larger portions. Yet the private sector and white people of the country are regularly scapegoated for the country’s problems.

Everyone knows this and the government recognizes it and makes promises to act. Yet nothing good happens. The government’s salary bill currently accounts for 34% of the national budget. This means that R340 out of every R1 000 spent by the government goes towards salaries.

Salaries more than tripled from R154 billion to R518 billion in the period 2006/07 to 2018/19. Government officials earning more than R1 million a year increased from 9,600 to 29,000 during the same period.

Denel’s huge contract worth billions of Rand halted after dispute over inspection arises – How long will the cash-strapped SEO remain standing?

South Africa has blocked Denel’s huge contract worth billions of Rand. The contracts, the largest of which are for weapons in the two countries, Saudi Arabia, and the other in the United Arab Emirates, have been blocked and could eventually be canceled by the buyers.

South African manufacturer Denel, which, like many other state entities, is currently struggling to keep its head above water, can hardly afford to lose the giant orders because a dispute over inspection has arisen.

Informed sources point out that this could also mean that thousands of jobs could be jeopardized by the struggling armaments manufacturer.

The inspection dispute apparently revolves around a clause in the export documents that requires foreign customers not to transfer weapons to third-party institutions or countries.

Transnet wasted almost R50 billion, most of which is used to buy trains that cannot be used in SA

State-owned entities are currently under considerable pressure and there is doubt as to how many of them have the ability to continue without the necessary financial assistance.

This is the opinion of Auditor-General Kimi Makwetu, who last week released a national and provincial auditor’s report for the period 2028-2019 in Cape Town.

He says there are weaknesses in the performance of many entities and the roughly 14 state-run institutions that are heavily subsidized by the state and the ANC government apparently did not contribute much to improving their results.

The 14 institutions also spent R1.4bn on illegal spending, and may be further investigated with further investigations.

Denel, the SABC, SA Express shipping company, and the SA Forestry Company are some of the biggest offenders of wrongful expenses incurred.

Refugees have decided to go on mass exodus out of South-Africa due to ANC-regime’s insensitive action against them

The so-called refugees in Cape Town, now housed in the Methodist Church after clashing with police, apparently want to leave the country in in mass Exodus format.

Their spokesmen said it was the only way they could draw the world’s attention to the ANC government’s insensitive action against them.

The refugees had previously gathered at the United Nations offices but were driven out by police, but the SA Human Rights Commission has given its support to the refugees, saying the police should stop their creating action.

About 200 of the refugees have since left the church building following discussions with church leaders and human rights representatives.

Shortly thereafter, the same thing happened in Pretoria when refugees also clashed with police in front of the offices of the UN Refugee Agency.
