The five members can be eliminated if the accusations are proved against them and they are found guilty.
The party’s federal law commission is apparently investigating the matter, and if it is found that the five members are not properly nominated, they will be considered illegal invaders.
John Moodey, a left-wing provincial leader confirmed that an investigation into the five people’s nominations was being made.
Political observers say it will be well monitored or the five members, when they may be proven guilty, will repay the substantial amounts they have received illegally.
