ANC’s Pro Black Group RET Tells Whites Not To Stock Up for Social Distancing, Yet ANC Gauteng Hands Out Soap In Black Areas Only?

The ANC’s black supremacist Radical Economic Transformation (RET) group in Gauteng, linked to Jacob Zuma, has condemned bulk buying by the mainly minority white South Africans, even though photographic evidence (pictured) suggests blacks are just as busy stocking up, to prepare & practice social distancing. Yet at the same time the ANC in Gauteng is accused of handing out soap in black areas only…

After Ramaphosa declared a national disaster due to the coronavirus, many went out on shopping sprees to stock up, in order to limit trips  to the shop and stay at home, to prevent catching or spreading the virus. As a result some goods went out of stock and shop owners increased prices. New white CEO of Eskom not welcomed with open arms – Numsa: ‘De Ruyter’s appointment as Eskom CEO an insult to Africans’

The recent appointment of Andre de Ruyter to the position of Eskom CEO has been met with mixed emotions, particularly by trade unions and fervent supporters of the Radical Economic Transformation (RET) agenda.

Although the African National Congress (ANC) has welcomed the appointment of de Ruyter, at a time when Eskom is teetering on the brink of both operational and financial collapse, union allies have been less hospitable.

The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa), which currently has its hands full with a particularly nasty South African Airways (SAA) strike, condemned the appointment of de Ruyter. The union’s general secretary, Irvin Jim, who has vehemently opposed Eskom’s unbundling strategy, alleging that government is in the process of privatising the power utility, said of de Ruyter’s appointment:

Last month the ANC secretary general, Ace Magashule, who has himself been accused of large-scale corruption, stated that the assets of white South Africans will be confiscated without compensation. He sketched a kind of Marxist-Leninist future for the country in which private property, banks and industries will be nationalised and “Africanised”.

“Our people demand service delivery, sustainable jobs, efficient health services, and an accountable government,” he said in a speech loaded with rhetoric while delivering the annual Walter Sisulu memorial lecture in Bloemfontein in the Free State.

Their hope still lay with the ANC, which dare not betray them. The people were refusing to be subtenants and squatters in the land of their birth. This was the current challenge – to better the quality of life of the people, and this could only be done when the ANC remained an unapologetic fighting force, he said.
