There’s a false perception by some ignorant black South Africans that farm workers alone are actually the brains behind farming success

Please note the attached article – many Zimbabweans were gainfully employed as workers in the 1970’s —their efforts were well received, highly productive, and mutually beneficial to the country’s agricultural success…and all parties were aptly recognized for this esteemed ranking back in 1975.

If black Zimbabweans workers were the brains, why then did these black Zimbabweans abandon their country and the land they loved? Why did they choose not to use their farming knowledge and techniques? Why did they choose to turn Zimbabwe into a dust bowl, and result in the extreme suffering of millions? The answer is that clearly black Zimbabwean farm workers lacked the knowledge, the tools, resources and infrastructure to build their own massive agricultural business. Even if they had the knowledge, Robert Mugabe didn’t want his ‘people’ thriving – he wanted everyone weak and reliant on him…which explains the worlds outrage at Mugabe

They DON’T know how to farm, so SA Black farmers are selling land given to them by the government back to whites who originally owned the farms

The South African government has spent a fortune trying to redistribute the country’s land wealth from the white minority to the black majority.

It has bought thousands of hectares of white owned farm land and either given it or sold it on to poor blacks.

The country’s minister of land reform admitted that many of the new black farmers have simply resold the land back to the original owners.

The minister said black farmers have resold nearly 30 per cent of the white farmland bought for them by the government.

He said: ‘The government bought land and handed it over to aspirant farmers who then sold it again, in many instances back to the original owner.’

Land economists say that the redistribution policy is highly inefficient as the white-owned land is often bought at above its market value by the government.

Cyril, your words of safety for White farmers farms are a load of sh*t, farms are under siege – this is why it should worry us all

I’ve decided to retain this article on Editor’s Choice as it has provoked a huge response and brings into sharp focus the sort of dire consequences of the ANC’s carelessness over expropriation without compensation.

This may be considered as an ‘unintended’ consequence of the ANC’s ‘land reform process’. The IRR has argued repeatedly since the start of the process that this is the sort of dire situation that can spiral out of control. This is the most high profile thus far, most of the previous acts being against black farmers.
