Vicky Momberg, described by the media as a racist, and searched by police for days, eventually surrendered to the police.
In doing so, the woman proved all guesses that she had left the country wrong, and also broke her bail conditions.
She told police she had followed the advice of her legal representatives, and only now reported under the bail conditions.
Momberg was found guilty of hate speech after repeatedly blackmailing the K-word after being robbed by other blacks by a black police officer and allegedly watching without fulfilling his duty as an officer.
She has been behind bars for two years now, and there is uncertainty as to whether she will be allowed to be released for good behavior earlier.
