Hercules CPF member Ricky Louw confirmed that hundreds of protesters were causing mayhem in Daspoort, Hercules and Booysens.
“The NG Church on the corner of Attie and Hjalmer streets was broken into this morning. Windows were shattered and a number of items were allegedly stolen,” she said.
At the time of going to print Hercules police spokesperson, Captain Bonginkosi Msimango said he was not aware of the reported break-in.
