Janusz Walus’s application for parole was once again rejected by the Minister of Justice, Michael Masutha.
Walus has to apply for parole again in six months, and it seems like it will probably be rejected again.
Experts point out that the action with his parole applications is playing out in the same horrific way in which the late Clive Derby-Lewis was treated.
In the meantime, other offenders of a similar nature, whose first application for parole was approved, and that the relatives of the murderer were not known in the decision made, were heard are as free as birds. However, the same fate could not be said of Walus.
