The Public Prosecutor established that Dondo Mogojane failed to report that he had a criminal record in his application for Director-General.
He was found guilty of a Violation of Road Traffic in 2011 and now Cyril Ramaphosa has been given 30 days to act against Mogojane.
The possibility that the Director-General has lost his position is doubtful, but the power play behind the scenes is unpredictable.
