The current Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane – actually a Zuma appointed spy – is a joke a day. It is bizarre that she calls a common “longdrop” – wait for this – “VIP toilet top structures” in her just released report that found that there was no political interference in the tender process when a R631 milion tender was awarded to the Siyenza Group by the Amathole District Municipality in 2014.
The fact that she notes there was no political interference is a joke in itself . For the record: This is one of the “smelliest” tenders ever, although there are so many of these looting schemes that one loses count.
The tender in question was rewarded to the Siyenza group and they were paid a full R631 million for the provision of around 66 000 open outside “longdrop” toilets with no connection to any pipe system.
