The IT firm EOH has been shaken by findings around R1,2bn worth of shady transactions.
The head of EOH, Stephen van Coller, has blamed eight people in the company for the scandal that hit the software company recently.
The statement by Van Coller comes merely one day after the resignation of Pumenza Bam, Zunaid Mayet and Rob Godlonton, all of EOH’s top executives.
Twenty suppliers received money for work that was not done. The company’s share price on the JSE dropped by 11% after the announcement.
