The Eastern Transvaal is a time bomb that can explode at any moment in the face of the ANC, is the warning sent to the president, Cyril Ramaphosa.
The so-called Umkhonto we Sizwe Council in the province warns that fraud and other illegal activities take place in different ANC branches.
The council also said in a media conference that the province is experiencing tremendous mutual tension that causes red lights to flash for the ANC as a political party.
Claims are made that the current provincial executive committee manipulates the processes to promote their own interests.
Corruption has been raised but it is unclear to whom reference is made, and the MK Council wants to make serious warnings of which Cyril Ramaphosa has to take note.
MK Council says they do not want to place something like the Free State’s Gupta or see a second Zimbabwe in the Eastern Transvaal, and want to see Ramaphosa before Christmas.
