With the second cyclone hit Mozambique last night, a worse condition is expected than first-time damage and disruption.
The second cyclone is so bad that the United Nations has warned that up to 600 mm of rain is expected in the northern province of the country.
It is almost twice as many as a few weeks ago flooding the capital Beira and the possibility of sea waves up to 5 meters high can cause further disruption.
Cyclone Kenneth flooded the coast of Cabo Delgado province in the north by midnight and warned people where possible large land shifts are possible and people should not stay near rivers.
