The family of Naka Drotské revealed he is in a “critical condition” on Wednesday. His family want justice, but there could already be obstacles in the way.
Naka Drotské: Why SAPS are under fire for the investigation
Justice for the family is imperative. But, whatever happens next, concerns are already being raised that this could be impeded. Earlier in the week, AfriForum revealed that they directed an enquiry to the Tshwane East cluster of the SAPS, fearing that the crime scene was being treated with “negligence”.
Ian Cameron is the group’s Head of Community Safety. He was one of the first people to arrive at the Kameeldrift smallholding once the Drotské family had raised the alarm, and has been following the case closely. Alongside Naka’s brother Tinus, the following complaints have been registered:
