#TheAfricanWay A questionable tender of 120 Million Rands for PPE gear has made so much profit it allowed a certain obviously well connected person within the ANC ranks, a Hamilton Ndlovu, to buy FIVE brand new luxury cars!

According to social media posts, the cars were a Lamborghini, a Jeep (allegedly from David Makhura) and 3 Porsches – all 2020 models! A photo of the five cars on social media was signed “Money Heist Season 5” and signed @HamiltonNdlovu

This is just one of many stories of blatant corruption, plunder, theft and bribery going on in the ANC ranks as the Covid19 crisis continues to bless ANC cadres with money and totalitarian powers. One wonders whether the ANC regime will investigate these cases of extreme price inflation?

Expropriated Land Stolen Without Compensation Will Be Returned And ANC & EFF Comrades Will Be Held Accountable – Boere Afrikaner People’s Council

The chairman of the Boer-Afrikaner People’s Council and leader of the HNP, Mr Andries Breytenbach, said in a document to the Parliamentary ad hoc committee involved in amending Article 25 of the South African constitution, in order to expropriate the Citizens’ property, without compensation, said that the expropriation of property without compensation to be a criminal act of theft.

Mr Breytenbach wrote in a sharply worded submission to the Parliamentary Committee that the amendment of Article 25 is immoral, illegitimate and the abuse of power. He says in his submission that the proposed legislation amending Article 25 of the current constitution and any attempt to “legalize” expropriation without compensation, is rejected in its entirety.

Its still theft, no matter what you call it! ANC regime continues land expropriation without compensation policy

TAU SA is preparing to assist landowners in expropriation cases without compensation. This follows after the discussions with the ad hoc committee appointed by Parliament to submit proposals on how Art. 25 of the constitution – which deals with expropriation without compensation – must be amended.

“It is clear that the committee’s focus is solely on how the law should be amended, and not what the consequences of the amendments will be,” said Mr. Louis Meintjes, the president of TAU SA. “Any input from stakeholders representing farmers is simply dismissed as irrelevant.”

“It is extremely worrying that aspects such as effects on the economy, investment uncertainty, ratings by credit agencies and most importantly, food security, bear no weight in this process. The only matter of importance is that land should be expropriated despite multiple examples of how it failed because of corruption, ignorance and greed. I

Ever wonder why your cellphone network is having down times – Increasing battery theft at cell phone towers causes serious communication problems that will leave you without signal

Although it is currently the MTN cellphone company that is plagued by the theft of their batteries at the towers, the other two companies can expect the same drama.

MTN general manager Ernst Paul says the vandals are doing serious damage to the industry,

He says the stolen equipment causes serious communication problems and the persistent theft of batteries at cellphone towers leaves wide areas without cellphone services.

In addition to the interruptions caused by the theft of batteries, it costs MTN millions to replace the stolen goods.

The company is calling on the public to be on the lookout for such criminals, and notify MTN, or any other mobile phone company.

The actions of the public led to the recovery of 20 batteries, while the villains were also arrested, but there are suspicions that syndicates are busy with the raids, and many more people must be arrested.

Barbaric Raids On SA Farms Continue – 11 hind leg tendons cut off sheep during latest farm invasion! Live stock and produce stolen on regular basis

212 sheep were stolen on Thursday night on the farm Esperanza between Welkom and Odendaalsrus.

The farm belongs to Mr Jan Bezuidenhout. He discovered the theft around 0600 on Friday morning. He found his Jack Russell that guards the sheep dead, strangled to death with a wire.

Mr Bezuidenhout subsequently found 11 of his sheep of which the hind leg tendons were cut off. There were many lambs amongst the missing sheep and in follow up operations with the Police a number of sheep and lambs were found back, amongst others in a squatter camp outside Odendaalsrus, but no arrests were made.

Mr Bezuidenhout told Netwerk24 that in December 46 cattle were stolen from him, in February 46 goats and in April 40 sheep, and now he has to deal with the latest loss. His mealies and ripe sunflowers are also stolen from his farm on a regular basis.

SA rail transport system plunged into chaos, train derailment and collision often occur due to infrastructure theft

Merely a few days after a derailment in Boksburg occurred and the two trains colliding in the Pretoria station, yet another derailment occurred near Springs.

A train derailed at Angelo station near Daveyton and obstructed traffic to and from Springs to Johannesburg. The cause of the derailments is attributed to infrastructure theft worth over R1 million.

Furthermore, continuous cable theft has halted Pretoria’s trains in the north and even Fikile Mbalula could not complete his journey in Cape Town.

Spoornet, Transnet and Prasa are apparently in great distress, as thieves make it difficult for rail transport to reach their destination at scheduled times.

The UNTU trade union has since announced that they will start a protest action on July 26 to force Ramaphosa to secure safe and reliable rail transport for everyone.

Black Business Council senior businessman and buddies receive bail after they stole about R5.7 million

The former Black Business Council president (BBC) and three of his buddies have been released on R5,000 bail each.

Danisa Baloyi and his three partners appeared in the Palm Ridge Commercial Court on charges of large-scale fraud and money laundering.

The four appeared jointly on the charge of about R5.7 million theft, which was donated by the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) to the Black Business Council but apparently never came to the establishment.

Unconfirmed reports state that an additional amount of more than R1.4 million is also in jeopardy, but it could not be clarified as to the situation.

Fidelity guards buried R2.9m of stolen money in their back yard in ice-cream containers and refuse bags

Two former Fidelity security guards have been sentenced to nine years in prison for stealing about R2.9m.

Tinyiko Thomas Maluleke, 41, and Rofhiwa Emmanuel Luvhimbi, 31, were sentenced in the Makhado Magistrate’s Court on Monday, Limpopo Hawks spokesperson Capt Matimba Maluleke said on Wednesday.

The pair stole the money between December 2018 and January this year.

“The pair had collected money from various places but instead of making deposits, they took the money for themselves,” Maluleke said. “The theft was reported by the pair’s manager after Maluleke and Luvhimbi failed to account for the missing money.”

Maluleke said almost R2.7m was recovered when they were arrested.

The money was buried in their yards in ice-cream containers and refuse bags. One of the men had already bought a new double-cab bakkie and building material, which were confiscated by the investigating team.

Ramaphosa’s share in SA’s dilapidated state is questioned and his latest press release is inconsistent: “I did not deliberately mislead Parliament about R500 000 Bosasa donation”

President Cyril Ramaphosa, in a statement to the Public Protector, says he “did not deliberately mislead Parliament” regarding the R500 000 Bosasa contribution to his 2017 ANC presidential campaign.

The statement follows Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane confirming on January 25 that she would investigate whether Ramaphosa had lied about a campaign donation received from controversial facilities company Bosasa, now known as African Global Operations (AGO).

Mkhwebane’s decision came after DA leader Mmusi Maimane and EFF leader Julius Malema on several occasions said that Ramaphosa had lied to Parliament about the money his ANC presidential campaign received from Bosasa CEO Gavin Watson. Ramaphosa met with Mkhwebane on January 29, to discuss the donation.

Bosasa has received billions of rands in government contracts over the past decade and has been implicated in alleged corruption.

Criminals target Johannesburg clinics, facilities without electricity after cable theft – Services at the clinic have been temporarily suspended

The Westbury clinic in Johannesburg was left without electricity after it was tampered with the facility’s main power cable said the health and social development department on Wednesday.

The clinic’s operating manager said in a statement he saw an unknown man running from the building on Tuesday afternoon after a loud blow noise was heard. He also noted smoke from the same direction as the bang.

“The fire brigade was called for precaution and the patients were evacuated. It was a relief to know that there was no fire and the smoke was of wires that burned when the cables were cut, “the department added.

Due to damage to the main power cable, the generator, which serves as backup, could not be switched on.

Services at the clinic have been temporarily suspended and all vaccines have been sent to a nearby clinic for storage.

City Power is working to restore power to the clinic.
