Malema is unmasked as a complete liar after video leak where he assaults police officer

Julius Malema was caught with a video recording that he lied about his involvement with a police officer’s altercation during a Mandela funeral.

The Red Brigade leader said he had a fight with the officer, and he and his party’s spokesman, one Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, did not contact the police officer.

Now the leader and his accomplice are in greater trouble because he lied because the video footage clearly shows how the two rebels physically attacked the police officer in April last year.

Malema told the media there was no truth in the allegation that the officer had been attacked, but was probably unaware that the incident was captured on video.

It is considered a very serious crime to physically oppose a police officer, and the suspicion exists that it could be another serious case in court.

Malema says AgriSA’s ‘ugly white males’ show who owns SA’s land

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema had harsh words for the panel who delivered a media briefing on AgriSA’s latest drought report.

“Just look at this ugly picture of white males, a clear indication of who owns the land in our country,” he said of the panel, which appeared to feature only one person who wasn’t white.

Regardless of the racial make-up of those who shared news on SA’s water situation at the briefing, the news certainly wasn’t good.

According to the body, who held the briefing on Tuesday, both rural economies and the country’s agriculture industry as a whole are threatened by prevailing drought conditions.

Farmers are facing losses, potential foreclosure by banks, and the attachment of farms due to ongoing drought.

The madam is calling Juju -Helen Zille invites Malema to tea for debate on the topic of South Africa’s future

Policy fellow for the Institute for Race Relations Helen Zille has extended an invite for tea to EFF leader Julius Malema. She has proposed an intensive discussion with the EFF leader on the topic of South Africa’s future.

Zille, who has ventured into the world of podcasts with a show called Tea with Helen, has publically extended an invite to the EFF leader, which is seemingly supported by social media users.

In a poll conducted on Monday, Zille questioned who she should interview next on her show between Thabo Mbeki and Malema.

Malema seems to be the crowd favourite as Zille extended an invite to him on Tuesday.

Previously interviewing the likes of Wits Vice-Chancellor Adam Habib to Ferial Haffajee, Zille has said the live debate would provide a platform for a no-holds-barred discussion on the country’s future.

Blue Farmtrac tractor donated by EFF to black farmers “to cultivate land” is gathering dust and little agricultural activity is taking place in this area

Last December, as part of the EFF’s election campaign, Julius Malema donated a blue Farmtrac tractor to the community of his birthplace, Seshego. This very tractor that was supposed to “to cultivate land” is now gathering dust at a party spot near Polokwane that is closely associated with him.

The blue Farmtrac tractor manufactured by an Indian company is back in the spotlight after investigative journalist amaBunghane reported that the tractor was paid for by a company that received a R1bn contract at the Johannesburg metro – believed in exchange for the EFF’s influence at the metro. It is alleged that the DA’s Herman Mashaba is retained as mayor with the aid of the EFF.

EFF demands that Kruger National Park name be changed – “All statues of apartheid and colonial killers must be removed, including public places”

Julius Malema, leader of the EFF on Heritage Day again called that the Kruger National Park’s name should be changed and that “Die Stem” should be removed from the national anthem.

According to Malema, the country must call for a collective legacy for a fairer future after a divided, painful and unjust past.

According to Malema, the beginning of all heritage is land and it is the foundation of African people’s claim to any heritage.

“We therefore reiterate our call for land redistribution without compensation for equal redistribution to ensure that land is returned to its rightful owners.”

The party further demanded that the names of public places with “colonial and apartheid names” be changed.

Julius Malema’s ‘dead white man’ tweet is hate speech, says SAHRC

Julius Malema’s comments on Twitter will be referred to the equality court and the SAHRC will also investigate the EFF’s ban on media organisations amaBhungane and the Daily Maverick from their events.

The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) on Tuesday condemned recent comments attributed to EFF leader Julius Malema — at least at first sight — as amounting to hate speech.

They were referring to a video shared on his Twitter feed in which he paid tribute to the late former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe.

The tweet, published on September 14 with the words “Rest in power #GUSHUNGO” featured a video with quotes by Mugabe. “The only white man you can trust is a dead white man,” read one of the quotes alongside a picture of Mugabe.

When Julius Malema hits fifth gear, it’s very unlikely that any words he uses will come out minced. The EFF leader delivered on his most fiery press conferences in recent memory, attacking opposition parties, the media and even some of their own members.

Juju blasted the DA over reports they are fining homeless people for sleeping in pedestrian walkways. He said the move was an “extremely stupid statement”, and used it as a segue to announce that the red berets would no longer side with the Blues in any of their power-sharing municipalities.

An EFF entourage that travelled to Cape Town for SONA and the subsequent parliamentary debates booked into a four-bedroom luxury Camps Bay villa priced at between R7,100 and R25,000 a night. When the Fighters checked out at 10am on Thursday 27 June 2019 they had run up a bill of about R60,000 for eight nights, most of which will be pocketed by the foreign owner. They also left their trash out in the street. So we went through it.

The booking for the fighters at the Camps Bay villa with its panoramic sea views had been made for 2pm on June 19, a day before President Cyril Ramaphosa’s State of the Nation Address. The reservation was made by Larry Mavunda, CIC Julius Malema’s bodyguard. Mavunda seldom leaves the CIC’s side.
