The National Council of Provinces, which is yet another useless trough eating quango (created purely to extract salaries, fees and expenses), is going to visit the Malooti-a-Poefie municipality in the Free State. The municipality is responsible for the MISmanagement and looting of the Harrismith, Kestell and QuaQua areas. As small as it is, Malooti-a-Poefie owes Eskom a massive R 5, 2 Billion and electricity is stolen on such a large scale, that it is feared that the network could totally collapse.
